Once you have booked your private PCR COVID test for travel or rapid antigen test appointment with CVM Medical, your appointment time is secured and guaranteed. The team at CVM Medical will ensure that your appointment at our private COVID testing centre is available for you, meaning, it is blocked out for other customers.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel anytime without charge. 

We understand that travel plans can change quickly, which is why CVM offers our customers FREE cancellation at anytime without penalty. If you need to cancel or reschedule your COVID PCR or Rapid Antigen Test with CVM, you can do so anytime without charge. That’s the CVM Guarantee.

However, you must cancel your appointment before your COVID test is scheduled. This allows us to release your reserved spot for another customer. Please cancel or change your appointment before your scheduled test in order to receive a full refund. No-show appointments are not refunded.

If you wish to change or move your private COVID test appointment at any one of our private COVID testing centres in Vancouver, Calgary or Nanaimo, you can do so at anytime without charge (subject to availability).
